We fund STACK method deals up to $1M (can go higher case by case)
We provide 2 Tiers of service:
- Tier 1 (Basic)
  - for experienced teams who just need essentials handled
    - Charge 2.5% of requested amount (minimal return of $2500).
    - No up front fee
  - +Closing Costs
- Tier 2 (Full Service)
  - Complete support so you can focus on closing more deals and scaling
  - TC services, attorney, paperwork and funding structure included- full service
    - Charge 2.5% of requested amount (minimal return of $2500)
    - Plus a $2000 TC fee ($1500 required as non refundable upfront fee)
    - +Closing costs
  +1% fee for less than 1 week notice

Earnest Money - We will fund your earnest money deposit with the proper protection. This is only for the refundable deposit on your contract.

Double Closing - There are 2 separate contracts and you are the wholesaler. You are simultaneously buying the property and re-selling it to an end buyer.

Stack Method - You are the end buyer for the deal, and are having the seller carry back your down-payment in 2nd position.

Gap Lending - Funding the down payment and/or renovation costs for your fix and flip.

Private Money Lending - Funding your down-payment or other longer term expenses for 6+ months.
