    • Charge 2.5% of requested amount (minimal return of $2500).

    • No up front fee

    • Facilitate 2nd closing with attorney

  • +Closing Costs (avg cc approx $2500)

• Tier 2 (Full Service)

  • Complete support so you can focus on closing more deals and scaling

  • TC services, attorney, DSCR lenders, paperwork and funding structure included

    • Charge 2.5% of requested amount (minimal return of $2500)

    • Plus a $2500 coordination fee ($1400 required as non refundable upfront)

    • +Closing costs (avg cc approx. $2500)

  +1% fee for less than 1 week notice
